SurveyHub Rewards provides access to survey and offerwall opportunities from third-party research partners. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us about privacy questions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account information such as email address, username, encrypted password, account status, points balance, reward history, click records, conversion records, and withdrawal request information when available.

For security and attribution, we may collect browser user agent, referrer, UTM parameters, timestamps, and a hashed version of the user IP address. We do not store raw IP addresses in click records.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to create and protect accounts, display reward opportunities, attribute survey clicks and completions, calculate points, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, improve platform reliability, and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Third-Party Research Partners

When users open a partner offerwall such as CPX Research, BitLabs, Pollfish, or PrimeSurveys, the partner may receive a platform user identifier and other parameters required to show surveys and validate rewards. Partner platforms may collect additional information under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session security. Analytics or advertising pixels may be enabled only when configured in the admin settings, such as GA4, Meta Pixel, or TikTok Pixel.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell user personal information. We may share limited data with offerwall partners, service providers, or authorities when needed to operate the platform, validate rewards, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.

7. Data Security

Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt. Administrative access is restricted by role. CPX postbacks are validated with a secret. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, but no online system is completely risk-free.

8. User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information. Contact us to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your account before processing the request.

9. Data Retention

We retain account, ledger, click, and conversion records as long as needed for platform operation, fraud prevention, accounting, support, dispute handling, and partner validation.
