1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SurveyHub Rewards, creating an account, or using the rewards center, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Platform Description
SurveyHub Rewards connects users with third-party survey and offerwall providers. We track clicks, conversions, points, and reward activity when partner platforms send valid completion data to us.
3. Account Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and maintain only one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Users who are under the legal age in their jurisdiction should use the platform only with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
4. User Conduct
You may not use bots, VPN abuse, scripts, emulators, duplicate accounts, false information, automated completion methods, or any activity intended to manipulate survey eligibility, clicks, conversions, or rewards.
5. Rewards and Points
Points are credited only after valid partner confirmation. Survey availability, eligibility, payout values, approval timing, and reversals may depend on third-party partner rules. We may adjust, withhold, reverse, or remove points for invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, rejected, or reversed activity.
6. Third-Party Offerwalls
Partner platforms such as CPX Research, BitLabs, Pollfish, and PrimeSurveys operate their own services, rules, eligibility checks, and privacy practices. SurveyHub Rewards is not responsible for survey screening decisions or partner content outside our platform.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are currently marked Coming Soon. When enabled, minimum thresholds, payout methods, processing times, account review, and fraud checks may apply.
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for partners, attempt fraud, misuse the platform, or harm platform integrity.
9. Disclaimers
SurveyHub Rewards is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee survey availability, qualification, completion approval, partner uptime, or specific earnings.
